Monday, March 9
Meet in Bø for departure toward Dalen in Tokke. Relax and unwind at the magical Soria Moria sauna, followed by a short guided visit to the historic Dalen Hotel, one of Norway’s true fairy-tale landmarks.
Tuesday, March 10 – Arctic Adventure Day
- Mountain peak hunting by snowmobiles
- Reindeer safari, ice fishing & snowshoe hiking
- Ice bathing, jacuzzi & snow dip
- Cross-country competition
- Bonfire by a frozen lake with hot drinks and a traditional Norwegian meal: meat soup & flatbread with Kvitseidl butter/sour cream
Wednesday, March 11 – On Top of Norway
After hearty breakfast, we travel out of the mountain wilderness towards the majestic Gaustatoppen – Norway’s rooftop at 1,988 meters above sea level. Ride the historic military tram through the mountain to the summit, with views of one sixth of Norway on a clear day.
