Where is the event located?
The event takes place at Storefjell Resort Hotel.

Arrival & Registration
When does registration open?
Registration opens on Wednesday at 15:00.
Where do I check in when I arrive?
Please check in at the hotel reception.
Transportation
Is there a return bus?
Yes. Return buses depart from the front of the hotel on Sunday 15th.

Please be ready outside the hotel a few minutes before departure.
Program & Activities
Where will Nations Night take place?
In Storefjell Hallen.
Is there assigned seating at the Gala Evening?
No. The Gala Evening has free seating.
How many delegates can participate in the banner exchange?
Maximum two delegates per country.
I signed up for a day tour but cannot attend. Will I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for tours that have already been booked.
Nations Night
Nations Night will take place on Friday 13th at 18:00 in Storefjell Hallen.
Counsellors will have access from 16:00 to prepare their tables.
Doors open for all participants at 18:00.
Included for each delegation:
- Table (2m x 1,2m)
- Pitcher of water

Dress Code
The dress code varies depending on the activity.
Please refer to the official packing list for details.
Official chains should be worn during meetings and the Gala Evening.
Practical Information
Will we see the Northern Lights?
The Northern Lights may be visible, but they cannot be guaranteed as visibility depends on weather and solar activity.
I am staying in one of the apartments connected to the hotel. Can we have breakfast at the hotel?
Yes. Guests staying in the apartments may enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
I forgot something at the hotel. How can I get it back?
Please contact the hotel directly by email.
Can I buy drinks with card?
Yes. Card payments are accepted.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes. Login information can be found on the screen in your hotel room.
Travel & Unexpected Situations
What happens if my flight is cancelled due to war or other disruptions?
Unfortunately, the organizers cannot offer refunds for travel disruptions outside our control.
We can provide documentation confirming that the event took place for insurance purposes.
Alcohol Regulations

Bringing alcohol into Norway
Norwegian customs regulations apply.
You may bring a duty-free alcohol and tobacco quota when entering Norway.
- Minimum age 18: beer, wine, tobacco
